A Patriotic and Faith‑Filled Celebration by CDA
On this 250th anniversary of America’s founding, our hearts are filled with gratitude for the Catholic Daughters of Court St. Rita #321 here in Oelwein. Today, on July 4th, they offered our parish and community a beautiful gift: a Patriotic America Rosary prayed at Sacred Heart Church.
In a time when our nation deeply needs unity, hope, and prayer, these women led us in lifting our country to God, asking for protection, wisdom, and renewed virtue for all who call America home. Their dedication to faith, service, and love of country shines brightly, and today it became a beacon of grace for our parish.
May God bless the Catholic Daughters, bless Sacred Heart Parish, and bless the United States of America. And may Our Lady continue to guide us as we strive to be a people rooted in faith, charity, and true patriotism.
